Perfect for movie nights, parties, or just a cozy snack, this humble treat is as versatile as it is delicious.

FAVORITE PERFECT POPCORN RECIPE
I know it’s such a VERY SIMPLE thing: Stovetop POPPED Popcorn, but sometimes we need a little reminder how FUN and EASY it is to make snacks at home!
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsps unrefined organic coconut oil, ghee, or avocado oil
- 1/2 cup organic popcorn kernels
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt, to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
- Place a heavy-bottomed pot on your stovetop.
- Add oil and heat over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, CAREFULLY add 2-3 popcorn kernels as a test round. Once the first kernel pops, stir in the remaining 1/2 cup. Carefully stir to evenly coat all the kernels with oil, then cover with a lid.
- Next, allow the pot to sit undisturbed over medium heat.
- You’ll hear the popcorn pop continuously for about a minute or so.
- Once the popping stops or slows drastically, then immediately take the pot off the heat. Burnt popcorn is the worst, so tend to your batch!
