Changing jobs mid-transaction- even for a better opportunity- can delay or jeopardize your loan. Always check with your lender first.
And submitting a super low offer “just to see what happens” in the Folsom + Sacramento market can sometimes signal to sellers that you’re not serious.
The good news? All of this is avoidable with the right guidance upfront.
